A Production manager plays a very important role in an business organization the primary role  of a production manager in an organization is to supervise the  workers or employs of  a factory or manufacturing plant during the production process . The production manager is responsible for  determining  the exact quantity of products or services  to be produced. The other important job of a production manager is to inspect the quality of the goods or products being produced.
