Don't remain outdated. You can indeed remain the latest with Later

Let us know more about Later,  a free tool that has helped many people organize, schedule and post images on Instagram. 

It’s the key to consistency and to be present when our audience is (even if we’re still in bed).

Features galore

The most important factor is that Later is free. It allows up to 30 posts a month. There are a ton of scheduling options for you, but this is one of the only ones that is free. Also, we are not allowed to use an app that posts directly to Instagram (as in the app posts for you). All apps complying with Instagram’s policies, will have you “copy” and “paste” your caption as it opens up your image for you inside Instagram. This is because of Instagram’s policies that blocks third party apps from posting on your behalf to your feed.

Another feature we love is that we can type our full caption inside the app on your phone or on your desktop.
Tip: hit “enter” to create a line break when typing on your desktop and it’ll copy over on Instagram to help break up your paragraphs.
No more typing whole paragraphs with your thumbs! It is so much easier to get all your thoughts out on a bigger screen and keyboard, so we try to schedule as many posts as we can from our desktops.
We also love that when using the app on our desktop we can pull images from our computer, Dropbox, or Google Drive, instead of being limited to our phone’s camera roll. So nice! Take a tour of Later and invite your friends to create their own account so you can get more posts for free (each free account comes with 30 free posts).

Take your audience seriously

We hear from a lot of people that they are incredibly busy throughout the day, and that sometimes you forget to post at new times (or even to post at all). Some are only available to post at certain times so those are the only results you have to work from. We know that it does take time to gather the image, prepare and type the caption (especially if we are using our thumbs), and post. If we only post once a day, we are easily missing over half your audience. Social media posts, whether they are instagram or not, are active during the day from all the other posts that your followers see. The attention span on social media is not long. We have to be consistently posting throughout the day to get seen by your entire audience. That’s the bottom line.

Post while (half) sleeping

Later makes this incredibly easy. We realized that we were missing a large chunk of our work-outside-the-home audience by posting our first image on Instagram at 9:00 a.m. They were already at work by then! So we changed things up. We ensured that our meeting was scheduled in the morning post the night before (by loading the image and writing the caption) and saved it in Later to post at 7:45 a.m. One of us will get the buzz on our phone while we’re still warm and cozy in bed. All we have to do is hit “post, copy, paste” then add in our hashtags and we’re done. Easily posted in less than 30 seconds. 

 We used the same tactic at night. Sure, sometimes we’re up late working (or binging on Netflix) so we don’t really want to be thinking up a long caption or set an alarm to remember to post. We see a big increase in traffic if we post around 9:00 p.m. so we follow the same steps above to schedule our posts and hit a few buttons, and BOOM, posted.

Track, tweak and repeat

If we are super busy throughout the day and we don’t have many chances to try new times to see what the results may be, we get it. Later makes scheduling new times super easy. If you log into Later on your desktop, you’ll be able to drag and drop images to change what day and time to post. Want to try 6:45 a.m. versus 7:00 a.m.? We just need to slide up a little and the app will drop it in the new time slot. See your entire week or month at a glance to know when future posts are going out to make sure that you’re being tconsistent throughout the day (and don’t forget the weekend!). 

 We also love, love, love that one can “preview” what the account will look like. Say for instance that we have been feeling that your feed is getting too much of a certain color or photo type. We can preview your feed to see what images you could use to break up what we already have. 

Tag along

We have just started using is the ability to “tag” and group our media. So when we are ’re in the desktop version of Later you can view your “media library”. From here we can tag individual images so they’re easier to find later. When we tag images “coffee” or “blooms” or “hands”, our feed needs a shot similar to one of those, we can find one super quickly. Let us begin this now.

Try something new

We really want people to come out of their shell a bit and try a new type of post this week! Everywhere we have realised we need to keep trying something new. Know that your audience is constantly evolving so your efforts need tweaking every now and then to keep up with them. This is what makes people look up the Instagram aided by Later all the time.

Finding the pulse of the customer and succeeding with Google Analytics!

Google Analytics is indeed having a huge impact on almost everyone in the world today as it analyses all that one needs to know about people and their choices. Due to this, it is indeed a very important business tool.

We all know that the major challenge is any business is understanding one’s customers. For this we do need to work on it incessantly.

Everyone needs to know who our potential customers are and what impact they could have on our business.

Earlier, people used to do this by conducting manual surveys of potential customers and trying to see what people are looking for. Brochures were often distributed, views were asked, noted and compiled. This was done many a time till the business hit the spot of 100% success.

Naturally, the whole process took so much time and money that there were more misses than hits in the business world. In fact, this resulted in a new area called market research where a whole department would be working on just this aspect of business.

Even in the digital world, this is very much present. For, the key to success of any business is having a comprehensive understanding of one’s customers Whether we are build or optimize the experience of a customer, understanding and knowing one’s customers better is always the key to growth.

1. Ensuring intelligent customer engagement
A satisfactory customer experience is valuable for retention of customers. This in turn results in more revenue.
In the area of technology, engaging with one’s customers in real-time has become more easily accessible thanks to new tools. Messenger is becoming an ever more popular customer service channel, while tools like Drift allow you to talk with your customers as they browse one’s website.
Even though technology has a lot of strength, there are some areas where one must keep in mind.
·         Remove bias: One must get the uninfluenced, impartial opinion of the customer without any bias. For, we want genuine insights, even if they’re negative. An example of this could be a question like  “What or where do you think we could do better?”
·         Be concrete: We must use simple language that asks for feedback on a specific topic for clarity. For instance, we could has, “How have you improved in sales using our software?”.
·         Focus: Our surveys should always address only one area of the customer experience.
Keeping these things in mind as we personalize our customer survey helps a great deal
2. Creating robust buyer profiles
Often, many people make the mistake of using generic demographics like age, profession, and location to develop their potential buyer’s profiles. These data points do not provide enough information to create messaging that resonates with the audience on an emotional level.
One thing we could do to analyze customer preferences is to use the Acquisitions tab on Google Analytics to see which social media outlets, industry blogs and professional forums the website traffic comes from. This could then be used to find out where and when to reach them more effectively.
Acquiring keyword data is also a helpful way to discover the terms and descriptions that certain buyers use to describe one’s services.
To segment customers based on keyword searches, we could use Google Webmaster Tools to create a list of common keywords that drive people to one’s site. This can then be grouped into overarching themes and assigned to different profiles based on the data we have available.
These keywords can then be put across the website copy, content marketing efforts, and other online interactions. Speaking the same language as your customers is a subtle way to make our current audience feel more welcome.
3. Generating data from customer analytics
Every action has value. Each and every customer action needs to be analysed, whether it is clicking on a link or reading through a web page as this provides valuable insight into customer behavior.
This data leads us to conclusions about what our audience doesn’t understand, what they do and don’t like, and how we can create a stronger website experience.
If people had trouble navigating to a certain sales page, for instance, we need to adjust the interface to allow for a more user-friendly experience.
If theirs is one page people that people spend more time on than others, we need to analyze that page’s content to see what’s retaining people’s attention.
Most of all, if there is a page with a high bounce rate, we need to understand what’s making people leave.
4. Anticipating and planning
Planning for future customer engagement is just as important as creating a plan for the present.
One thing we would need to do always is to put our teams in the right frame of mind to respond to customers during stressful or challenging situations.
 Additionally, when we look and study historical behavioral data, we will learn which features customers have found most valuable over time, and which features they didn’t use. Understanding the most popular and most visited pages can also help us plan content strategy making us focus on topics and formats that will best solve the challenges that our audience faces.
Drawing trends across the most commonly-used features would to determine why our customers liked them. Additionally, looking at market trends and analysis will give us a good idea of what other companies in the space one is in, have already accomplished. This shall make us  devise new features that explore these areas.
5. Traverse the customer’s path
The only way to completely understand the unique and dynamic customer buying journey is to put ourself in your customer’s shoes.
All this requires is a change in perspective, a change in the way one operates. Each step of the customer needs to be noted and then understood from his/her point of view.
Here, technology has indeed made it much, much easier to understand and interpret data to make the business cater to exactly what people are looking for. We just need to learn the tools that we have completely and holistically to ensure we take the right steps.

Digital marketing enables rural India to move towards growth and success!

The divide that we in India had between the rural community and the urban one was so huge that it became impossible for them to connect with each other.

Success Stories

One example of very good digital marketing, in fact culture change is, Vicks #TouchOfCare campaign,  a story of a Transgender Indian mother who adopts an orphan child – Gayatri. This  campaign redefines that the family care in India goes beyond biological relations or a surname. Vicks that has always epitomized mother’s care while showcasing the real life of Gauri and Gayatri, has set an agenda for family care and change of cultural mindset.

Another very good business example is that of an entrepreneur who made his way out into the market by selling potato wafers and earning his name in the country as the most preferred food company.  A home-grown brand that is wearing its independence and entrepreneurial spirit on its sleeve is Balaji Wafers. Chandubhai Virani, the 60-year-old founder, and director has often said in many media reports about how many companies have approached him with offers to buy out his snack venture which is said to have had an Rs 1,800 crore turnover in 2017.

Other than business, edutainment is also very important for everyone in the whole globalised world. Children’s education is after all a need that everyone all over the world has. This was recognised by some people. Here ChuChu TV, an Indian edutainment YouTube channel is making a lot of news. This channel is the 43rd most subscribed channel in the world. It has over 20 million subscribers. over 15.8 billion video views. The channel itself consists of various YouTube channels for children that are dedicated towards creating 2D and 3D animation videos of traditional nursery rhymes with an incorporation of peppy music and an aesthetic style that are embedded in them. 

ChuChu TV has entered many other markets like  ChuChu TV Canções Infantis (Brazilian Portuguese) and ChuChu TV Canciones Infantiles (Spanish). They take their digital marketing seriously.  They collaborated with echoVME. After this, ChuChuTV garnered maximum engagement via various methods. As echoVME created high-quality interactive content to build trust among audiences, which were posted on regular intervals and from different genres. In fact, after some time, the collaborative efforts brought in 1.9 Million likes on Facebook and Global Audience Reach of 34,084,746 as of June 2017.

There are many more such examples of course. The whole of India is connecting and so, there is more business and redefinition of culture itself.

Looking up to them as examples, the rural market has been noticed, both as entrepreneurs and a potential market as almost everyone has a mobile and access to the internet nowadays.

With so many people living in rural India and so much talent there, we surely should not neglect such a huge chunk of our population. From the business point of view, it is foolish to not tap this market.

So far, this whole area was neglected and ignored. Because of this, the divide between rural and urban India was becoming wider.

All this is now changed in India. Products are just an example but the point is urban and rural India were looking at different pages of India. This is now changing with digital marketing.

As we can see, everyone is going digital and for this we do need to know the tools ourselves for
