Our views
When given an opportunity, women are even more efficient
than men. They are experts at multi-tasking and also emotionally intelligent.
They make sure everyone’s need is taken care of and ensure the team and company
goes forward. Even in the situation of any crisis, a woman is an expert. We
have seen this happening all around us and need to learn how to grow with women
leading us.
India shining
India shall shine only if women shine too. This is what
we all are recognising now and can see the results. These results shall keep growing
as the barriers are now broken.
Students can learn how to micro manage and see the big
picture from women. Organisations need to include them in all areas to grow
further. Essentially, we all can grow only when we see all situations from all
angles and work on creating win-win situations.
With women entrepreneurs entering the domain,
we are certain this shall be the new mantra for businesses all over the world
and in India too.
The digital world makes it even more conducive for women
to play a key role and we are happy to be part of this global, democratic
domain.
